“After experiencing an unplanned pregnancy which ultimately ended in me choosing to have an abortion, I was left with grief and emotions I felt unprepared to cope with. After being connected to Olivia by a close friend, we had an initial phone call; within minutes of speaking with her I felt absolutely at ease and supported. Now that we have completed our work together, I can say that I don't know how I would have maneuvered through my journey of healing without her by my side. In addition to creating a safe space for my grieving, she offered countless resources, practices/tips and an informed perspective that made me feel like I was not alone. This was tantamount for me. She also helped me to develop a language with which to speak to my partner about my experience so that we could build a bridge to healing together. We ended our work with a grief massage which really brought the work full circle coming back into my body post abortion. I would recommend Olivia to any woman going through any kind of birth journey. She is a source of so much strength and advocacy."
