Labor Massage

Labor massage has been studied and shown to decrease pain and help the movement of labor. In this offering, I bring my experience and passion as a full-spectrum doula whether you are doing at hospital, birthing center, or home birth.

Whats included:

• 2 home visits between your 2nd and 3rd trimester—

  • teaching partner massage and comfort measure techniques to increase bonding and intimacy within your relationship (which can help stimulate and progress labor) as well as be able to support the laboring person when I am not present.

  • reviewing birth preferences as well as birth rights so that we are all on the same page as your birth team

  • finding out what feels good in your body to support you through your labor in the way that is best for you. (there is no one-size fits all)

  • builiding communication skills in especially vulnerable moments like birth so that you experience birth and postpartum recovery with a greater sense of agency and confidence.

• 4 week on-call period

• up to 2 custom aromatherapy oils unless you prefer unscented

Optional add-ons:

• Weekly meal prep: curated to personal dietary needs and tastes - $600 + groceries/week

• $40 off first 3 80 minute postpartum massages when bought in a package - $320

• Documenting birth story in a creative way. This is a very healing and beautiful way to keep your birth story. (2 hours) - $200
