• Hourly sessions may cover previous birth processing & grief support with creative materials, mindfulness exercises, communication practices within your family and others around you, nutrition & sleep, bodywork support.

• Packages includes any or all of the above mentioned with a minimum of 3 prenatal sessions and on-call birth support. This also allows you to have communication access for a 6 week period around your estimated due range.
